No major flaws or defects. The only wear I see is 1 spot on the back of monitor that has a little rubbing by battery compartment. Power cord is not included it will work with AA batteries instead. Cuff is 9.5-13.25 in. Nothing major. No instructions well there is a tag with some. Batteries not included due to shipping rules.
